Make sure you’re only using the SodaStream glass carafe, suitable for your Crystal Sparkling Water Maker, and follow the below instructions:

• Do not use the glass carafe if it is cracked, chipped, or damaged in any way. Dispose of it immediately and replace it with a new one.
• Do not place the glass carafe in the freezer or extreme cold below 1°C,  and do not subject it to any extreme temperatures.
