We understand wanting to get back to bubbling quickly, and we are happy to help. We want it to be easy to get your bubbles, but allowing for self-repair can damage your Sparkling Water Maker and risks your safety.

Keep in mind that all SodaStream Sparkling Water Makers have a 2-year limited warranty, valid from the purchase date. If your product malfunctions within the warranty period, and we determine the malfunction is due to faulty workmanship or materials, SodaStream will cover the return shipping and send you a replacement of new or comparable value, free of charge.

If you bought your Sparkling Water Maker from one of our retailers and it malfunctions within the warranty period, and they determine the malfunction is due to faulty workmanship or materials then they will replace the Sparkling Water Maker on behalf of us.
